About the company:
We are highway construction/trucking company providing asphalt and transportation services to a wide variety of customers. We are a growing company with a need to support our current and future production levels.
Overall Responsibility:
As a mechanic you will primarily be responsible for the repair, service, and maintenance of equipment in the shop and in the field at various job sites. This could include troubleshooting and repairing diesel, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical equipment. You will be operating from a service truck and will be required to perform preventative maintenance services as well.
The successful candidate will have a positive/proactive demeanor and must have aptitude to take initiative. Strong listening and communication skills are required in order to interact with individuals internally and externally.
