What You’ll Get to Do:
As the Project Integrator team leader in the Commercial Based Technology Analysis (CBTA) Program, you will manage a team consisting of technicians and engineers. You and your team will provide subject matter expertise that integrates the latest UAS technology and practices to improve the replication and prototyping mission of our customers.
As required, you and your team are responsible for providing the customer and supported commands with comprehensive, focused and objective expertise. You will be responsible for managing and providing guidance and work leadership to less-experienced team members, both CACI and subcontractors alike.
Perform administrative functions consistent with managerial level (e.g. reviewing / approving team member’s timecards, enforcing Corporate timekeeping policy, conducting quarterly employee reviews, assist with candidate screening and interviews, enforce all corporate policy and requirements.
Additionally, as a skilled Project Integrator you will lead a team in manufacturing, design, and fabrication of prototype components and assemblies. As the technical lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of engineers and technicians, overseeing day-to-day taskings, maintaining production schedules, and managing vendors.
