Job Description:

CACI is seeking a Program Security Liaison in support of the Enterprise Information Technology as a Service (EITaaS) contract with the Department of the Air Force. CACI is leading the way in transforming IT services from an in-house, base-centric delivery model to an advanced enterprise service delivery model.

What You’ll Get to Do:

In this role you will oversee the entire new hire security process from beginning to end. This role will focus on providing a positive experience for all new hires by ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the many security steps they will complete (SF86, briefings, fingerprints, CAC, etc.). The Program Security Liaison will drive efficiencies in the security process by working closely with our PMO, Corporate Security Officer, stakeholders, and new hires to ensure no items are overlooked, questions are quickly answered, and updates are provided timely.

More About the Role:

The successful candidate must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly both written and orally. The candidate will be required to work in a dynamic fast paced environment that requires team interaction and coordination of efforts across multiple parties and a positive customer-service oriented attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the oversite of all security steps for every new hire on a program of 500 employees.
• Provides Security Clearance guidance to both managers and candidates, responsible for tracking security status.
• Analyze program policies, procedures, and systems and making optimization recommendations.
• Hold weekly calls with security stakeholders (Corporate Security Officer, CAC Processing Team, Account Provisioning Team) to review new hires in the security process and move them through to completion.
• Develop and implement security procedures, with an eye on continuous improvements.
• Track metrics between each stage to drive efficiency and timeliness.
• Proactively check security steps to ensure every candidate is moving through efficiently and updates are being relayed.
• Will serve as the POC to complete new hires citizenship verification step.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

• Capable of obtaining and maintaining a DoD Secret Clearance.
• Familiarity with DoD security processes
• Detail-oriented mindset and proficiency in researching and analyzing information.
• Effective communicator at all levels, both written and verbal
• 10 Years of relevant experience (a bachelor’s degree in applicable field may be substituted for 5 years of experience)
