CACI is seeking a cleared Network Engineer for providing operational SIGINT support, training, and systems support to in-garrison and deployed SIGINT military personnel.Provides mission-centric system and operations training to military SIGINT personnel.Assists with the systems and data-level configuration, organization, and operation of tactical SIGINT systems to ensure value-added collection, geolocation, and reporting of theater priority requirements and collection management directives.Helps develop mission postures based on theater SIGINT objectives, priority targeting, and reporting requirements.Advises military SIGINT personnel on how to collect, interpret, analyze, and report SIGINT data. Assists local operators to discover target operating procedures and indicators of future activity of military interest. Works across the theater to leverage other sensors to produce cooperative results. This is based at APG, MD.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Interface with Government Leads in the field and fellow staff on technical and project related items.
Provide operational support with deployed units ensuring mission success.
Problems faced may be difficult to somewhat complex.
Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed accordingly.
Problems and issues faced are numerous and undefined, and require detailed information gathering, analysis and investigation to understand the problem. Problems are difficult to somewhat complex. Problems typically impact multiple departments or specialties. Problems are typically solved through drawing from prior experience and analysis of issues.
A subject matter expert in the deployment and operation of tactical systems; helps to develop training and operational procedures, system engineering improvements and upgrades.
Proficient and comfortable with training a group of end users with varying skill levels on the technical aspects of a program systems
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
An active DoD TS/SCI clearance with Poly.
BA/BS with at least 3 years of experience in Intelligence Systems operation and training.
Minimum of 9 years of experience with no BA/BS degree.
Ability to travel up to 50%.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience working in a DoD Contracting Environment.
Military Intelligence experience.
