What You’ll Get to Do:

CACI is looking for a qualified undergraduate student to join our internship program this summer. You would be responsible for support of program business and functional operations. Duties may include identifying and facilitating resolution of operational issues and acting as a liaison between technical and functional areas. May support the Program Manager in planning, monitoring the program activities. These types of jobs often perform a subset of project management tasks and often do not typically have profit and loss (P&L) responsibility. Typically reports to the Program Manager. Responsible for supporting the program manager in executing, monitoring one or more aspects of the program, e.g. Program support functions - Program Operations Manager, PMO Lead, Resource Manager, Risk Manager, etc.

Organizational Impact:

  • Works to achieve operational objectives within job area which has some impact on the overall achievement of results for the department. Work is of limited scope, typically on smaller, less complex projects or task-related activities. Work is closely supervised.

Innovation & Complexity:

  • Responsible for making minor changes in systems and processes to solve problems.
  • Identifies, defines and addresses problems that are not immediately evident but typically not complex. Problems are typically within the immediate job area. Problems are typically solved through drawing from prior experiences or standard procedures and basic analysis.

Communication & Influence:

  • Communicates with contacts typically within the department on matters that involve obtaining or providing information requiring some explanation or interpretation in order to reach agreement.

More About the Role:

  • Onboarding Process Support
  • Cyber and PII Trainings
  • Data Management (such as updating the Onboarding Tracker and uniformity of our folders for certifications)
  • User Guides creation
  • SharePoint Pages design and layout
  • Agility Support & Documentation Reviews (During my internship I was working with the interface team and as well as the Business Ops Team) 

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • 0-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Must be able to obtain a favorable NACI background investigation
  • Must currently be enrolled in High School OR a full-time Undergraduate, Graduate, or Doctorate Student

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • If Undergraduate or Graduate, pursing a degree in Information Systems or related field is preferred, not required
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred, not required
  • Previous internship/co-op or other work experience, leadership and teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities (professional/community/extracurricular)
