Our team is looking for a motivated Junior Software Engineer/Developer to work on a scrum team developing and engineering a new Digital Engineering Ecosystem (DEE). As a Jr. Software Engineer, you may:
* Assist the scrum team to design, develop, document, test, and debug the DEE solution
* Apply DevOps experience in activities including version control, automated builds, automated testing, and continuous integration
* Work independently to develop/engineer assigned user stories ensuring acceptance criteria is met
* Develop automated tests for the developed user stories
* Perform testing of all developed work
* Troubleshoot the legacy solutions to rectify bugs Required Education, Experience, & Skills * Bachelor's Degree and 1 years of experience
* At a minimum, possess a Security CE Certification
* Understanding of basic DevOps Tooling (Git, Jenkins, GitLab)
* Understanding of Cloud architecture and system design (AWS, Azure, etc.)
* Clear and Concise Communication (Verbal and Written) Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills * Bachelor's Degree in STEM related field and 1 years of relevant experience
* Understanding of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
* Experience with DevOps Tooling (Sonatype, SonarQube, JUnit)
* Experience with Docker/Kubernetes
