Full and Part time available: Monday through Friday 8:45 to 3:15 pm
Monday, Wednesday, Friday or Tuesday, Thursday 8:45 am to 3:15 pm, with extra hours available
C) JOB COACH:Supporting client’s with jobs in Cache Country (3 Full time position available)
Monday-Friday 8:45am to 3:15 pm with some flexibility of start and end time, to accommodate clients start and end time work schedule
Salary: $16.00 to $16.50/hr. starting wage depending upon position
Full time employee’s are eligible for benefits after probation period. Benefits are for employee only
We are closed State and National Holidays, Thanksgiving and Christmas and even have a Spring Break. Our work typical week is Monday through Friday, 8:45 am to 3:15 pm, which allows lots of time with family and friends.
Participants of our Day Program (DSP) for adults with disabilities come to learn how to work and/or become more independent. Experience working with Behavioral Clients a plus, but not a requirement. Willing to train staff. DSP (staff) will be responsible for the supervision and coaching of 1 to 4 participants and for accurately completing paperwork regarding their progress. Staff will implement goals in the areas of: independent living, communication skills, social skills, work skills, and educational skills like reading and writing. Daily responsibilities may include: one on one coaching sessions, engaging participants in meaningful activities, accompanying groups on community activities, etc.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or higher
• 18 or older for non driving positions
• Must be 21 or older, with a clean driving record (limit of 1 ticket in last 3 years, no suspensions, DUI, reckless driving)
• Valid Driver’s License
• Pass Drug Test
• Pass Federal and State Background Check
• Work with Consumers in Community for job tries
• Teach employment, vocational and independent skills ( additional training provided)
• Work individually with consumer as needed
• Work together as a team player
• Take accurate progress notes daily
• Teach communication skills
• Able to stand for periods of time
• Lifting and bending capable’

JOB COACH:
Supervise and train Consumers working at various jobs throughout Cache County. Meet Client’s at CETC and transport to and from work, while using CETC vehicles. Some client’s require that you meet them at their place of employment.
