Prepares financial data for use in maintaining accounting records by performing the following duties.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma and 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have intermediate level knowledge of Excel and 10 key (calculator) by touch.
Age Requirement
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence as well as verbally communicate within the department or with other department’s personnel for researching or resolving issues.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, commissions, proportions, percentages, and volume. Must posses a strong competency of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
