The Technical Analyst will be tasked with providing highly technical and specialized solutions to complex problems. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional oral and written communication skills and will act as a consultant in highly specialized, leading-edge information technologies and methodologies. This role involves offering technical guidance on automated solutions to complex information processing problems and performing detailed analyses and studies to support the organization's technological advancement.DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:
- Technical Problem Solving: Utilize advanced knowledge in automated solutions, programming languages (SQL, Python, Java), and database management systems.
- Communication: Convey complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Consultation: Act as an expert consultant on cutting-edge information technologies and methodologies.
- Guidance on Automated Solutions: Provide specialized guidance leveraging software development, data analysis, and system integration knowledge.
- Analytical Studies: Conduct detailed analyses to identify areas for improvement in information processing systems.
- Project Leadership: Lead projects, ensuring solutions meet business needs and are implemented effectively.
- Collaboration: Work with IT and business stakeholders to provide innovative solutions.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 7 years of experience in systems analysis and engineering with a strong background in information technologies.
- Proficiency in information sharing technologies (voice, video, email systems).
- Understanding of enterprise-level infrastructure, network security, and integration challenges.
- Familiarity with cloud-based solutions, APIs, and interoperability standards.
- Experience in consulting and translating business objectives into technical requirements.
- Expertise in designing automated solutions for information processing.
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning applications for information sharing.
- Strong analytical skills for conducting studies on information sharing systems.
- Awareness of data privacy, security protocols, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in working cross-functional teams and managing multi-stakeholder projects.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with leading-edge technologies and methodologies.
- Hands on experience with ServiceNow
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Business or Project Management, Information Technology/Systems, Information Management or related fields of study
