Independent Contractor – Field Agent

CAC Services is a field services management company and we are seeking an independent contractor/small business to provide field services to our clients. Services needed include field contact/door knocking service, vehicle inspection, and solar system deactivation.

CAC Services manages contact letter delivery / delinquency interviews for banks and credit unions and finance companies. CAC Services is looking for individuals whose business can provide part-time, independent contractor work.

The services to bank clients are successful when agents make contact with the bank's customer and do it quickly. Delinquency interview field calls involve taking three or more pictures, making contact with the consumer, delivering a sealed, confidential letter, gathering information and writing up a quick report in a web-based order management system. These jobs DO NOT include collecting money. Bank clients are served by gathering information and re-establishing communication between them and their customers.

We conduct a criminal background check for field agent applicants – this is required by our financial institution clients.

Agents will need:

1) Professional dress and demeanor with good communication skills.

2) Access to a personal computer with internet access and a printer.

3) Smart phone or digital camera for photographs that must be uploaded to our web-based system.

4) Reliable transportation.

5) Knowledge and compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and all other application laws and regulations that require, among other things, customer confidentiality.

Compensation is based on job completion and turn-around time – this is business to business relationship, not employment with CAC Services.
