What you'll be doing :

As a Brand Experience Manager at Cabot, you will be pivotal in creating a best-in-class customer experience that fosters consumer love and loyalty while aligning with the broader company objectives.

You will be responsible for effectively communicating the Cabot brand story, managing the Hardwick retail location, and supervising a team to ensure exceptional customer service and community engagement.

Your role will also involve planning and executing in-store experiences, including food and beverage demos, to provide immersive and engaging customer interactions.

Availability :

Work a minimum 40-hour work week, with a willingness to work at least one weekend day on a rotating schedule and some holidays.

What we are seeking :

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with previous retail management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in inventory management, retail operations, and vendor / distributor relationships.
• Proficiency in Shopify and other relevant e-commerce platforms.
• Knowledge of cheese and wine products.
