Position Summary

Reporting to the Procurement/Warehouse Manager, the part-time Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for staging and distribution of inventory to techs and inventory control of CableCom and MWFN product, equipment and materials. This position will be 20 hours per week. Monday-Friday, 4 hour shifts. Ideal schedule would be 8am-12pm or 9am-1pm.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

-Pull and stage materials and equipment. Prepare and process all paperwork for jobs

-Verify that items are properly identified in storage, or for jobs and ensure that accurate paperwork is maintained

-Receive, record, and process all incoming materials, supplies, and equipment. Verify receipt of delivery and check goods received against packing slips

-Audit the equipment, materials usage, and materials returned at the completion of every job and return to inventory. Work with field operations to resolve any inventory discrepancies, while performing project audits

-Replenish, monitor and inventory truck stock, materials and equipment. Assist field staff with physical inventories on a regular basis

-Maintain, clean, safe and organized fiber yards and warehouse

-Other duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications/Experience

• Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable
• Minimum of two year's experience with material management, inventory control or equivalent is required
• Ability to operate a pallet jack, hand truck and forklift (certification is a plus)
• An Associate's degree or prior telcom material handling experience is a plus
