Responsiblefor checking the quality of work performed on construction sitesand remedying quality asnecessary
- Responsiblefor total management of assigned staff. This includes hiringdisciplining training and supervision ofemployees
- Coordinateconstruction plans with crews andsubcontractors
- Completeand maintain all necessary projectpaperwork
- Communicatewith management on project progress anddevelopments
- Serveas liaison between the Company customers andutilities
- Responsiblefor ordering and tracking constructionmaterials
- Maylayout and design construction maps and work from the maps ofothers
- Responsibleto identify unsafe / hazardous conditions for self other employeescustomers and the generalpublic
- Adhereto all established company safety policies andprocedures
- Performother duties asassigned
MinimumExperience
Highschool diploma orGED
- Musthave at least five (5) years experience as a communicationsconstructionsupervisor
- Mustpossess a valid drivers license with 2 years driving experience anda clear drivingrecord
- Musthave good customer relations and communicationskills
- Maintaina professional attitude and appearance at alltimes
- Musthave RF & OSP constructionexperience
- Beselfmotivated with ability to following oral and writteninstructions
- Demonstratethe ability to interact effectively and cooperatively with a widevariety ofpersonalities
- Abilityto work independently and handle multiple tasks andprojects
- Beable to pass preemployment drug screen and backgroundchecks
- Mustbe willing totravel
