What you’ll do:

• Write a complete and accurate estimate
• Manage the workflow throughout repair process
• Providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Excellent sales abilities and overall communication skills

What you’ll need:

• A valid unrestricted state driver's license
• Minimum of 5 years collision estimating experience at a collision repair center
• Experience with Body shop Management Software
• Knowledge of major Direct Repair Programs
• Ability to work in a shop environment and lift 50 lbs. overhead
• ICAR Certification is Preferred
• Experience with CCC, Audatex, Mitchell Estimating systems and Reynolds and Reynolds DMS and Profitnet Management Systems is a plus
• Through knowledge of repair process, vehicle structure and systems
• Ability to analyze, identify problems and work in a high-performance team environment
