We are currently interviewing and hiring top performing Automotive Sales Associates in the Topeka and Lawrence market, that are ready and looking for an opportunity in the Finance Department.
Since this is a move into a Finance Manager position from sales...all Sales Associates MUST be able to show a record of monthly sales, as well as vehicle grosses.
Candidates will spend a minimum of 90 days in the Finance Training program before moving into the Finance Office. Training on the DMS system, lender relations, systems and controls, processes and procedures, etc.
