Job Description JOB SUMMARY: Runs reports, maintains inventory records and investigates inventory variance issues. Initiates purchase order corrections and processes defective material notifications & optimize files. PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Run queries to determine what items would go to kanban vs custom cut. Run necessary system reports to assist with the daily cycle count activities and distribute variance reports. Optimize files for Kraftmaid and all of our other sister companies Run monthly and year-to-date cycle count reports and distribute to management. Initiate purchase order corrections and liaise with accounts payable and buyer/schedulers to ensure compliance with internal SOX standards. Leverage system to analyze root cause on failures, maintain control groups, and submit findings to lead supervisors. Investigate inventory issues and participate in special inventory counts as needed. Maintain stock locator and work with plant to ensure timely printing of labels. Process defective material notifications and update inventory in the system to ensure timely returns. Some travel may be required. Run month end physical inventory data loader setup in system and distribute reports to management ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: High School diploma or GED. 2 years prior warehouse inventory experience. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrated successful ability to build positive partnerships and work collaboratively with cross-functional business teams. Excellent organizational skills, including ability to multi-task and prioritize workload. Knowledge on dock, prod, DP and MV Query Knowledge on Cutrite Software. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Demonstrated successful ability to perform accurate work under the pressures of tight schedules. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Prior ERP experience (Oracle, LINCS). Fluent written and spoken Spanish language skills.
