Position Summary:

AniPros is seeking a dedicated Salesperson to join our team of motivated professionals in our Phoenix location. In this role, you will assist customers through the remodeling process, from initial design ideas using our advanced 3D design software to the final sales transaction, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.

**Our quoting software and process allow you to succeed even with out construction experience, if you are an experience sales person that has shown success in other industries this could be your new calling**

Qualifications:

• Proven ability to create a positive atmosphere and build strong relationships with a diverse clientele.
• Proficiency in computer communication – including email, MS Office, and Windows operating environments.
• Outgoing personality with a professional communication style, capable of effectively explaining product information and recommending solutions.
• Experience in sales or a construction-related field is preferred.
• Ability to remain organized and effective in a fast-paced environment.
• Additional skills such as Spanish language proficiency and fast typing are advantageous.
• Competitive sports background or similar experiences is a plus, as is a responsive attitude to coaching and personal development.
• Cold Calling experience required
• Proven success in closing deals

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in person or call providing top-tier consultation and sales service.
• Design, measure, and complete sales of kitchen and bathroom remodels, handling all associated paperwork.
• Maintain a high standard of showroom presentation and personal professionalism.
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Commitment to maintaining a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills daily.

Remuneration:

• Expected annual income between $80,000 to $200,000
• 100% Commission
• Best In-Class payment Structure ( Ability to offer a variable Selection of services)

• 3 years of sales experience Required
