Cabildo Staffing seeks a Litter Picker for work at a Waste Landfill site in Lake, MS

- Primary responsibility is to pick up litter on landfill grounds

- Position is temporary but could turn into full-time employment for the right candidate

- Start pay is $10/hour

- On occasion will need to pick up litter on the roadside for a short distance near landfill entrance

- On rare occasions will clean up around the site or site shop

- Daily hours are from 7am-3:30 pm unless otherwise noted

- Must have reliable transportation to the jobsite

- Should have hard hat, steel toes, safety vest, safety glasses and gloves

- Should be able to stand, bend and walk for most of the day

- Should have the ability to lift at least 20-30 lbs at a time.

- Must have a valid driver's license or ID as well as a secondary ID like a birth certificate or social security card.

- Must pass a sex offender search prior to beginning work.

- After 37 days of employment will be required to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

• Lake, MS 39092: Relocate before starting work (Required)
