Description:

• This position, Commercial Installer at C7 Works, would be required to drive, sometimes long distances, a box truck full of equipment to job sites across the western United States.
• When on a job site, employees in this position expected to be able to work independently and as a team to unload, assemble, and install equipment according to blueprint drawings. Equipment for assembly and install includes, but is not limited to, cabinets, counter tops, shelving fixtures, roller grills, reach-in cooler/freezers, deli cases, food warmers, and gondolas.
• Trips are typically 3-4 days in duration but can last up to 1-2 weeks.
• Employees are expected to be exceptional representatives of the company while interacting with customers and other contractors on site.
• We look for employees to display traits of being detail oriented (as precision in construction is essential), flexibility (as plans can change while on site), and a general openness to learn and grow as a professional.

Requirements:

• Enthusiastic, high-energy, resourceful personality
• Strong work ethic; extremely reliable
• Willing and able to learn new skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy loads (50 pounds)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work overtime and some weekends
• Ability to pass drug test

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction, carpentry, or related field preferred
• Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and tools
• Clean driving record
• Experience driving box trucks, and comfortable driving long distances
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 70 per week
