About the job We are looking for an inspirational manager to spearhead our Talent Acquisition activities in Sweden partnering closely with the business units across multiple locations. As our new Talent Acquisition Manager, you will build and execute hiring strategies to identify and attract diverse candidates by collaborating with the HR and Talent Acquisition colleagues as well as with hiring managers, to understand the recruitment needs, priorities and critically assess talent. You will build strong, respectful relationships and help elevate our Employer Brand to a highly competitive level. By measuring the impact of our recruiting methods, you will drive for continuous recruiting process improvement. In this role you will manage and develop an established team of 10 FTE’s across multiple locations in Sweden and will report into the Head of TA Europe. Responsibilities Build a deep understanding of the business and relevant markets to help shape the talent acquisition strategy. Working closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to create and operate a streamlined and unbiased recruitment process to ensure we are making high quality hiring decisions in a timely manner. Owning the recruitment journey and all aspects of the candidate experience - sourcing, screening, and guiding great people through the entire process Always striving to improve the above, identify trends and leverage knowledge, data, and competitive intelligence to develop creative, customized sourcing/hiring strategies, consistently ensuring a healthy pipeline of relevant talent. Being a role model in recruiting and sourcing, you would also demonstrate mastery of interview and assessment techniques, including hiring for potential. Monitoring and reporting on key talent acquisition metrics, establishing accountability, and using data to influence decisions. Define, design, and implement talent acquisition programs including Employer Branding, Talent Mapping and Pipelining, and events among other initiatives. As a manager, you are responsible for helping colleagues achieve their career aspirations through stretching targets, mentorship, and coaching. Requirements Strong track record of achievement in Talent Acquisition including end-to-end recruitment and a deep knowledge of sourcing strategies. Comfortable with change and happy to take an agile approach to work. Experience delivering large projects, process improvements and managing through change. A curious mindset and a longing for continuous learning. Customer focused and able to build great relationships - both virtual and in-person. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, strong ability to work with and through cross-functional teams in a matrix environment. Results oriented with a can-do, positive attitude towards their work and the people around them. Process mindset and ability to take new initiatives from idea to execution. True appreciation for data and metrics with an ability to convert them into actionable activities and continuous improvement efforts. Solid track record in managing, motivating, and developing teams is essential. Demonstrated ability to develop a TA function and to bring it to the next level is key. Experience with leading Employer Branding activation and Diversity initiatives would be beneficial.
