As part of this transformation, we are creating a global organization to enable our business by building and optimizing our digital solutions in Sustainability. We are strengthening our architectural capacity and are therefore looking for an IT Solution Architect to join us in the Value Stream Data, Analytics & Corporate Functions. About the job As our IT Solution Architect, in the team supporting Group Sustainability, you will design and implement solutions within the Sustainability area. The current Solution consolidates data from own data sources and data provided by other organizations from their developed or procured solutions. Sustainability requirements and regulations are evolving quickly and thus the solution will need to evolve as well. It means you need to work on identifying and analyzing business requirements, and to evaluate and design or select appropriate technologies and platforms for the solution to meet the business needs. The solution must be scalable, reliable, and efficient. It is important to define and document the overall solution architecture and ensure it is in line with IT principles, policies, and target architecture. You will cooperate with developers, product managers and Group Sustainability e.g. In addition, your work will be cross organizations to ensure that they provide the necessary data from their environments via integrations to our solution. Who you are We think you have 5-7 years’ experience as an IT Solution Architect, and it is an advantage if you have experience or interest in Sustainability and e.g. CSRD. You have a curious mind and an interest in learning and keeping up with technological development and practices within the Sustainability area. It is important that you are an excellent communicator and problem solver, being able to give clear advice and that you are focused on bringing the right solutions at the right time and leveraging the most relevant technologies. We believe you have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data analytics engineering, or similar experience. What you know Solution architecture and integration architecture skills are important as well as technical knowledge in Microsoft Azure BI system stack (MS Fabric, Databricks, Data factory pipelines, Azure data lake and Azure Devops repository) and MS Power Platform. You have analytical skills enabling you to understand data flows and how to design the integrations for our solution with data from various systems e.g. in Finance, Sourcing, HR and Sustainability. The solution design needs to support data quality and traceability needs. It is good if you have experience from an international environment from a larger Global company or are used to that kind of complexity. It is an advantage if you have You have been working with Agile methodologies and preferably Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). What’s in it for you?
