Job Description:
- Power BI development and maintenance lead (structure, dataset connection, user interface, visuals, reports, etc.)
- Leads E2E project toolset development and maintenance lead (E.g. Excel-based structure, functionality, user interface, etc.) and connection to Power BI
- Data audit and connection owner
- Generate technical solutions to resolve complex data, reporting, process, and/or tool needs
- Translate cross-functional business requirements into technical solutions and implement
- Develop technical process documentation to support future maintenance needs
- Develop user training documentation
- Power BI development
- Database organization and connection (e.g. SAP, Snowflake)
- SQL query understanding
- Microsoft Tool Proficiency: Power Automate flow, SharePoint, One Drive, Excel (v-lookup, pivot table)
- Excel-based tool development and support
- Process understanding of E2E PIPO
- Critical thinking, process-focused logic, ability to pivot between macro and micro detail levels
- Minimum of 5 years experience with related IT development
- High school diploma or equivalent
