We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Non-Medical Home Health Aide. As a Non-Medical Home Health Aide, you will provide essential support and assistance to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.
Duties:
-Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding, if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as tidying up and laundry
-Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate supervisor
- Follow care plans and ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field is preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to travel to client's homes
