Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospice Nurse to join our team. The Hospice Nurse will provide end-of-life care and support to patients and their families in hospice settings.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient vital signs and symptoms
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Educate patients and families on end-of-life care options
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Requirements:
- Valid RN license with hospice or palliative care experience
- Familiarity with family planning, sterile processing, vital signs, ICU, ambulatory surgery center protocols
- Proficiency in basic life support, phlebotomy, venipuncture, and patient care techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide compassionate care in challenging situations
- Empathy and understanding towards patients and families going through end-of-life care
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Hospice RN $15,000 Bonus

• City/State: Lansing, MI
• Top Experiences: Hospice/Oncology experience
• Top Misses (experiences we don’t want): Doctors offices, OR
• Pay Rate/Salary: Variable Compensation model: $70K base extra based on productivity points ($80K-$90K is realistic)
• Bonus Information: $15,000 First Year Success Bonus

• Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm. Their on-call rotation is 1 weekend/month. When it is their scheduled weekend, they are on-call Friday from 5pm through Monday at 8am. They also rotate one Wednesday/month from 5pm-8am.
