This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Supply Chain team with the global leader in implantable hearing devices! In this role, you will be based in-person at our warehouse in Centennial, CO. The Inventory Specialist is responsible for supporting the day-to-day inventory, reporting, part setup, Import/Export setup and help with the demand plan. This role will play a very tactical role around inventory and reporting, which will require a strong understanding and use of excel and other reporting software to help support the full supply chain and create visibility for customer service. Key Responsibilities Create and assesses inventory reports to review while identifying items needing possible action to limit risk around inventory stock outs. Provide internal stakeholders with relevant information relating to the replenishment and demand planning process by publishing relevant proactive information. Maintain open channels of communication with global supply chain as well as external suppliers regarding all issues related to inventory including but not limited to changing forecast, launch and obsolescence plans, clinical studies and field requirements. Work with warehouse leadership to ensure that the right product mix and inventory levels are maintained in the warehouse and other inventory locations. Utilize inputs from global supply chain and logistics as well as internal sources to ensure accuracy of the regional item master data including elements such as part numbers, status, planning parameters, etc. Support proper setup of product in Oracle ERP. Support CAM Import-Export regulations procedures and customs clearance. Work with import and export counterparts to ensure no issues with movement of product internationally. Pay Range in the United States: $22.00/hr - $24.00/hr based upon experience, as well as an annual bonus opportunity of 5% of base salary.
