Our firm is seeking an experienced Facility Support Specialist/General Laborer that will work in Riverdale, Maryland. The Facility Support Specialist/General Laborer responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• Responsible for assembly, disassembly, reassembly, and delivery/installation of various office furniture and office equipment based on customer requests and requirements
• Setup/take down tables and chairs for meetings and conferences
• Wipe down dry erase boards in meeting, training, and conference rooms
• Setup tables in the lobby and lounges for special events
• Setup and take down signs outside conference center and training rooms
• Monitor/check miscellaneous supplies in common areas of the building
• Maintain inventory of blue bins. Issue and recollect blue bins as established by the agency
• Perform minor system furniture reconfiguration
• Move/relocate desk top computers, printers, tables, desk, hutch, credenzas, file cabinets, bookcases, safes, chairs, sofa’s, government purchased standard size refrigerators and other similar items
