Responsibilities :

• Maintain impeccable brand standards across all stores in your region.
• Execute the merchandising strategy using various tools and resources.
• Collaborate with the central Merchandising Team to facilitate key launches.
• Lead the creation of zone and block plans for pivotal launches.
• Act as a key liaison between store management and the central Merchandising Team.
• Educate and empower store teams through coaching on best practices.
• Provide constructive feedback and develop action plans to uphold brand standards.
• Coordinate closely during store redevelopments to launch new concepts.

The ideal Candidate :

• Previous experience in regional or visual merchandising roles.
• Proven ability to leverage merchandising strategies to drive sales.
• Proficiency in visual merchandising principles.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
• Ability to adapt communication style to diverse audiences.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Full and valid UK driving license.
• Flexibility to travel across Hampshire, Sussex and East Surrey
