Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Tutor to join our team. As a Tutor, you will play a key role in supporting students of various ages and educational levels in achieving their academic goals. Responsibilities: - Develop personalized lesson plans based on students' needs and learning styles - Provide one-on-one or group tutoring sessions to students - Assist students in understanding subject-specific content - Utilize learning technology to enhance tutoring sessions - Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly - Communicate with parents or guardians to provide feedback on student performance Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred - Experience working with children or adults in an educational setting - Knowledge of early childhood education, special education, or adult education principles - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students - Familiarity with classroom management techniques and learning technology Nice-to-have Skills: - Lesson planning expertise - Background in childcare, preschool, or classroom environments

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 23 – 26 per week
