Overview :

Cantwe11 Marketing is seeking an

Assistant Account Coordinator

to assist with a variety of sports and experiential marketing properties within the soccer industry. The person will be responsible for assisting in planning and executing a variety of tasks in relation to partnership marketing at sporting events around the country.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the planning and development of materials for a variety of events
  • Help source and coordinate local vendors and other rental assets for events
  • Book travel
  • Produce travel itineraries for staff on the road
  • Organize and produce itineraries and other supporting documents for status calls and other meetings
  • Compile and review budget and expense report information for the agency
  • Create event recaps in PowerPoint
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree or working towards a degree
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience in sports or events is preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must have superior interpersonal communication abilities; ability to talk on the phone
  • Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a busy environment
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Knowledge and / or experience in soccer is a plus

Position details :

  • This is an in-office position, at our office in Whitefish Bay, WI.
  • All approved travel expenses will be paid for by C11
