Life Insurance Unique access to diverse career pathways and internal growth opportunities The Job: The Maintenance Services Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance department by coordinating maintenance activities, scheduling repairs, and maintaining accurate records. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities for a variety of equipment, including vehicles, machinery, and facilities. Communicate effectively with maintenance technicians, supervisors, and other team members to ensure timely completion of repairs. Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance history, including service dates, repairs performed, and parts used. Monitor inventory levels of maintenance supplies and equipment parts and reorder as needed. Assist in developing and implementing maintenance schedules and procedures to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to procure maintenance supplies, parts, and equipment as needed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all maintenance activities. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in maintenance management is a plus. Proven experience in a maintenance coordination or similar role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization. Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite and maintenance management software. Knowledge of maintenance best practices, equipment troubleshooting, and repair procedures. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed.
