Work Delegation Schedules and delegates work assignments to employees according to department needs effectively and efficiently. Performance Management Supervises the work of others and manages the performance of individuals through feedback and recommendations. Patient Records Researches, develops, and maintains technical policy, exams, and procedure manuals. Implements new exams and procedures to sustain progressive development. Quality & Performance Maintains quality program and investigates and follows up on special cases or complaints to provide quality care. Budget Support Assists in annual budget preparation and monitors expenditures to ensure achievement of budget projections. Technical Assistance Provides technical assistance to physician and other medical personnel. Survey Readiness Preparation Assists with ACR, IEMA and other survey readiness. Qualifications Required Associate's Degree Preferred Bachelor's Degree 3 years Radiology Required Radiography (ARRT-R) - . X-Ray Operators (OPCERT) - .
