Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Recovery Agent to join our team. As a Recovery Agent, your will involve utilizing your knowledge of financial concepts and account management to effectively recover overdue payments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities:
- Contact debtors via phone or email to negotiate payment arrangements.
- Review and analyze debtor accounts to determine the best course of action for debt recovery.
- Maintain accurate records of all communication and payment activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve debtor inquiries and disputes.
- Follow up with debtors on payment commitments and provide necessary documentation.
- Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations governing debt collection practices.
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in debt collection or related field.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to persuade customers to make payments.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with revenue cycle management processes is preferred

Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00, one late night from 9:30-6:00

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
