Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator will assist the Orthodontist with New Patient Consults. It is essential to be flexible, have a ‘can do’ personality and work in a timely fashion. As an orthodontic treatment coordinator, you must be friendly, outgoing, and attentive to patients' needs. An Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator must understand orthodontic procedures and be comfortable discussing insurance, billing, and financials.
The physical demands of the job require constant visual and auditory acuity, standing, repetitive movements, occasional sitting, walking, simple grasping, bending, squatting, kneeling, writing, pushing, pulling, reaching above and below the shoulder level.
Position requires occasional lifting demands of up to 25 pounds and occasional carrying demands of up to 10 pounds up to 50 feet.
Working conditions are predominately an office environment, with little to no exposure to environmental hazards.
