We are looking for a person to join our staff and be a team player to our company.

Job Duties:

Word, Excel, & Quick Books experience is helpful.

Maintain Payables & Receivables

Reconciliation of bank accounts

Running reports on a weekly and monthly basis

Answer phone calls & emails promptly

Create files & maintain filling systems (electronic & physical)

Assist other office staff with duties as needed

Attention to detail & ability to multitask is important

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
