Responsibilities and Duties

- Producing creative work that meets the needs of the clients;

- Designing and conceptualizing creative assets while collaborating with UX Designer and Developers;

- Adhering to client brand guidelines;

- Working with internal teams to support creative needs;

- Managing deadlines effective and staying on scheduling;

- Communicating with clients to understand their vision;

- Be a leader to encourage the professional growth of other Designers.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent work experience
• Proficient with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Experience with typography and layout
• Experience with responsive website design
• Experience with Brand Identity management
• Understanding of advertising and marketing principles
• A positive, solution-oriented, problem-solving, customer-centric attitude
• Experience working on/designing for different web hosting platforms (Wordpress, Wix, Squarespace, etc.)

A Stand-Out Candidate Will Also Have

• Understanding of Design Systems and Userflows
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other scripting languages
• Experience working with a wide range of industries and clients
• Experience using AfterEffects and Adobe Premiere Pro
• Experience with video editing and motion design
• 1-2 years of experience working in agency setting
• Experience with B2B and B2C clients
