The engineering team is a diverse group specializing in application & embedded software, high performance analog & digital systems, signal processing, advanced product integration, and rugged system packaging. C Speed is hiring a Project Manager to support our radar development, test, and integration operations for our Integrates Surveillance Solutions (ISS) group. POSITION SUMMARY
•Manages, plans, and coordinates activities of projects to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
•Develops and reviews project proposal and plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of projects.
•Interfaces directly with internal and external customers.
•Conducts project/program meetings.
•Coordinates with project staff and management to outline work plan and to establish duties and responsibilities.
•Coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
•Generates and reviews status reports and modifies schedules or plans as required.
•Prepares project reports for management, customer, or others.
•Confers with project personnel to resolve problems and project issues. 
BASIC SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
•Prior project/program management and planning experience.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Access
•Strong relationship builder with customer and team members.
•Self-starter and motivated to contribute to process improvements.
•Experience analyzing and automating data.
•Experience generating and presenting reports to leadership and internal/external customers.
•Experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously, time management.
•Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
•Strong communication skills.
DESIRED SKILLS
•Technically versed and able to understand technical discussions.
•Familiar with and a working knowledge of MS Project.
•PMP Certification
•Excellent MS Excel skills
•Data manipulation and interpretation skills to drive decisions and actions.
•An understanding of program KPIs
•An understanding of DCAA compliant accounting principles to include direct and indirect costs.
•Proposal experience
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
•Minimum Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical field of study such as Engineering, Technical Science or Management. Related experience may be substituted for education at the rate of 2 years of experience for each year of education.
•2 years of applicable work experience years with MS degree, 5 years of applicable work experience years with BS degree.
CLEARANCE LEVEL
•Must be a US Citizen
•Able to obtain Security Clearance
•Active Secret Clearance or CV date within 5 years is desirable.
