Role Overview: As a Professional Land Surveyor, you will lead and execute all aspects of survey projects, from planning to coordination and execution. Your expertise will be crucial in performing QA/QC reviews, sealing technical work, and mentoring our dedicated survey team. You'll utilize the latest surveying techniques to ensure service excellence and foster strong relationships with a diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct research, plot deeds, compute stakeout points, and create base mapping using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
· Perform field surveys, including topographic, boundary, and construction stakeouts.
· Adhere to and enforce our safety, drug, and alcohol policies.
· Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
What We Require:
· Certification as a Registered Professional Land Surveyor.
· Proficiency with GPS, Robotic Total Stations, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office.
· A valid State Driver's License.
· Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Location: York or Gettysburg
