C&R Management Group LLC is Hiring an On-Site Manager Near West Linn, OR

Description

C&R Management Group is looking for an On-Site Manager with amazing attention to detail and exceptional customer service for the two apartment communities of Lynn Oaksand SE 30th Place Apartments (41 units). The Onsite Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day property management including marketing, maintaining property integrity, screening prospective residents, collecting rents, serving notices, developing reports, and preparing agreements. You will be required to live-onsite, and you will have a separate office at the property. We would love to see how you might fill our Onsite Manager role if you find the qualities above intriguing. 

Location: Lynn Oaks Apartments and SE 30th Place Apartments

Hourly Rate: $22.00-$23.00/hr. (DOE)

Schedule: FT, Monday-Friday, 8AM-4PM 

Weekly Contracted Hours: 35 hrs.

Required to Live-Onsite: Yes

Requirements

What you will bring as an Onsite Manager :

  • Two (2) years of previous customer service experience are required. 
  • Two (2) years of previous property management experience are required. 
  • Previous Entrata Property Management Software experience is preferred. 
  • Basic experience with MS365 including TEAMS, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
  • Ability to perform bookkeeping tasks involving collecting rent, preparation of reports, agreements, etc. 
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • The ability to learn quickly while paying attention to detail.
  • Available for after-hours emergencies.
  • Understand and administer landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing Laws, and safety protocols.
  • High school degree or equivalent. 
  • Reliable transportation to travel between properties.
  • A current valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance.
