Responsibilities

• Ensure the daily mail is received, sorted, and distributed to all internal parties timely and accurately
• Organize and prep contract and payment correspondence for retention
• Operate data capture technology to import contract and payment documents into our document retention system, review images and apply redaction as necessary in accordance with our retention policies
• Work closely with our Contract and Payment Processing departments and will flex to assist those departments as workload and volumes require
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong PC skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or equivalent software
• Ability to adapt to new systems, policies, and procedures
• Ability to complete individual assignments while meeting overall team objectives
• Ability to multitask while maintaining a high degree of critical thinking

The annual salary for this role is $48,000-$70,400 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the

Qualifications

The qualified candidate will have :

• High School Diploma
• 2 years of banking, financial data entry, or administrative experience
• Ability to work flexible hours inclusive of overtime and Saturdays as business needs require

The ideal candidate will have :

• Associates Degree in Finance or Business Administration
• 2 years Data Capture device experience
