C​NH Industrial is Hiring a Cycle counter Near Benson, MN

Responsibilities

  • Follow all safety and quality requirements.
  • Work from systematic check-off list, engineering specifications, process sheets, verbal or written instruction from supervisor.
  • Maintain records and disposition of each audit.
  • Arrange specific locations for all incoming materials
  • Reclassify and identify line and bin locations for all materials delivery, storage, and use.
  • Check incoming materials and supplies; verify condition, quantity, to assure receipt of items of correct specifications, detect damage, or shortages.
  • Maintain file to show storage location or destination of materials.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for disposition of material.
  • Utilize computer terminals to access part related data and information (may include bar code information).
  • Make physical inventory count of all stock on hand, use electronic data file units to maintain an acceptable inventory.
  • Identify all parts containers located on assembly line and sub-areas to reflect actual parts within.
  • Perform other related or similar duties as required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS : The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

The employee must frequently lift and / or move up to 40 pounds. The employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.

The employee frequently is required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required.

Equivalent knowledge and related similar experience in store keeping methods and procedures, office routine, compilation of reports, data entry : ability to recognize and identify a variety of product parts and sub-assemblies by appearance, read receiving slips, shop orders;

work from returned goods authorizations, purchase orders, rework orders; accuracy in checking, counting, identifying, recording, reporting, and verifying.

Operate fork truck, have valid fork truck operators license.
