In this role, you will be responsible for estimating and managing concrete projects, coordinating with the concrete superintendent, and establishing project controls. Responsibilities

• Estimate, bid, and manage a variety of concrete projects, including renovations, ground ups, tilt wall, and other specialty concrete.
• Manage project budgets and establish controls to ensure financial efficiency.
• Coordinate with the concrete superintendent and other support staff to ensure smooth project execution.
• Evaluate site logistics during the bid process and attend subcontractor meetings to ensure project feasibility.
• Oversee the billing process and manage cash flow to maintain financial health of the project.
• Utilize knowledge of local vendors and subcontractors that support the concrete trades.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and hold individuals/subcontractors accountable for their deliverables and promises.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years professional experience within the construction and concrete industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents, including drawings, specifications, scope of work, and project schedules.
• Experience in managing support staff.
• Bilingual skills are preferred but not required.
