Currently, our HAZPlus operation is seeking a project manager/lab operations manager to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting with package design, evaluation, trouble-shooting of defects, conducting physical testing on various packages for both hazardous material packaging and non-UN packages, and managing various projects across the HAZPlus division and manufacturing location.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar type of role, with the following experience -

- Operations

- Warehouse/Shipping

- Report and document writing

- Project management experience

- Regulatory experience (any federal regulation - DOT, OSHA, EPA, FDA, etc..)

- Packaging experience a big plus

- Hazardous materials experience a big plus

This role will report to the HAZPlus Director of Operations, and work closely with the team to ensure functionality of package design. This role will also be involved in working with the director to learn UN and CFR49 regulations for the packaging and transportation of hazardous material/goods.

Practicing good safety is a must. Strong Microsoft skills are needed, and the ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and customers all levels of an organization is critical.
