C&L Aerospace, a C&L Aviation Group company, has an immediate opening for an inventory and repair specialist. In this position, the right candidate will work as part of a team to manage the day-to-day activities of the company’s inventory and repair department which includes working with vendors to source, track, and find solutions for aircraft parts all over the globe.

Job Responsibilities:

· Manage and replenish parts inventories

· Review product lines to ensure adequate inventory levels

· Review parts with established min/max allocation levels and ensure C&L has adequate inventory based on usage and projected sales

· Review inventory levels of the Bangor, UK, and Brisbane warehouses

· Create purchase orders needed for the replenishment of stock

· Raise repair orders to vendors under the guidance of the Repairs Manager for all parts that need to be repaired

· Review all repair orders for potential warranty claims

· Work with repair vendors to get estimated quotes & completion dates

· Assist sales teams in getting repair pricing

· Update applicable sales teams on repair charges as needed

· Work with vendors and their accounting departments to establish billing, credit, and payment terms

· Contact vendors as needed to get market pricing

· Other duties as required by the Repairs Manager
