Responsibilities:
- Operate snow plow equipment to clear snow and ice from roads, parking lots, and other designated areas
- Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to snow removal requests
- Safely navigate and maneuver the snow plow vehicle in accordance with traffic laws and regulations
- Perform routine maintenance on snow plow equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Clear sidewalks, walkways, and entrances of snow and ice using hand tools as needed
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize and coordinate snow removal efforts

Experience:
- Previous experience operating snow plow equipment is preferred
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance, including tree trimming and irrigation, is a plus
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on snow plow equipment is beneficial

Skills:
- Proficient in operating snow plow equipment and other related machinery
- Familiarity with hand tools used for clearing sidewalks and walkways
- Ability to work in cold weather conditions for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail to ensure thorough snow removal
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and respond to requests promptly
