C&J Inc is currently hiring for delivery drivers! No CDL required. We are a smaller owned and operated business located in Kremmling Colorado. Pay range: 54,000 - 70,000 annually depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate delivery vehicles, including vans and trucks, to transport goods to designated locations
- Load and unload products from the vehicle using appropriate equipment
- Ensure all deliveries are completed on time and in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor during interactions with customers
- Verify the accuracy of delivery orders before departure and obtain necessary signatures upon delivery
- Perform routine vehicle inspections , reporting any issues or concerns to the appropriate supervisor
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the delivery vehicle

• Requirements:
• Have clean driving record within the last 2 years. Must be able to pass a federal background check.
• -Must be able to lift 50lbs repeatedly.
• -Must be 21 . Must be able to pass a urinalysis.

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers
- Strong organizational skills to plan routes efficiently
- Ability to work independently

Note: This position may require occasional lifting of heavy items minimum of 75 pounds and working in various weather conditions.
