Job Summary: Here at The C. Harper Auto Group the Service Concierge's primary responsibility is to pick up customer vehicles, bring them to the corresponding lot for service, and return them to the customers location of choice, while working with a Service Team and Management. The ideal candidate has a high energy level, positive attitude, great customer service skills, desire to work in a fast-paced environment, and a valid driver’s license. This role involves driving for most of the workday. Applicants should be comfortable driving all different makes, models, and sizes of vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Transporting vehicles in a safe and timely manner to/from customer residents and dealership.
• Utilize the Driver Q App for picking up and returning vehicles. 
• Preparing and cleaning vehicles as necessary for delivery to customer.
• Shuttling customers and delivering vehicles to appropriate destination in a safe and courteous manner.
• Moving vehicles throughout the dealership.
• Provide an unmatched level of client service.
• Maintain an energetic, positive attitude and work well with others.
• Support technicians by helping bring vehicles to bay and park after service.
• Run vehicles through automatic wash.
• All other support duties as assigned

Qualifications

• A Positive attitude, can-do mentality and, outgoing personality with eagerness to improve.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional appearance is a must. 
• Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service.
• Reliable transportation to and from work every single day.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
