Position Summary:

Export Coordinator is a team player, who performs the necessary tasks involved to export goods from the United States to destinations around the world. A successful candidate will have the ability to prioritize tasks, provide outstanding customer service and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with exporters, ocean carriers, trucking companies and other supply chain partners to coordinate the movement of export ocean freight cargo (FCL & LCL)
• Data entry and filing entries through Automated Export System (AES)
• Enter and maintain complete shipment data in real-time within the CH Powell operating system
• Prepare and distribute documentation for foreign clearance, in compliance with customer and country-specific requirements
• Operate in full compliance with export regulations and CH Powell policies and procedures

Required Skill & Qualifications:

• Conducts business and represent CH Powell Company with honesty and integrity
• Customer Service experience
• Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
• Data entry and data management experience
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and web-based applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 30 per week
