Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable contract Commercial Cleaner. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the front offices and two (2) employee bathrooms.

Duties:

- Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning the microwave and refrigerator, washing a small amount of dishes, etc.

- Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, and some common areas.

- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.

- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished.

- Follow normal safety procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and equipment.

- Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure proper handling of cleaning chemicals.

- Perform floor care duties such as sweeping (broom and vaccum) and mopping.

- Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Note: This position requires a back ground check for security and safety reasons.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 3 per week
