C&G is seeking a Senior Financial Team Lead, leading team members for all hulls and financial products
Duties and Responsibilities:
Tasks include but are not limited to: execution planning and analysis, funding document preparation, and execution tracking and reconciliation.
Will assist in the analysis and supporting justification material in support of preparing budget exhibits.
Will provide financial input for LPD briefings and reports.
Will assist in the development and documentation of procedures and will ensure team follows LPD processes and procedures.
Education/ Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business/Management or related discipline preferred
10 years professional experience
10 years of DoD/DoN, specifically NAVSEA shipbuilding financial management experience and/or PPBE process preferred.
Supervisory experience; team management experience; familiar with DoD/DoN financial policies and regulations; ERP experience; budget cycle development knowledge preferred.
Knowledge/experience with DoD acquisition phases; experience DoN/NAVSEA shipbuilding programs preferred.
