C F Services is Hiring an Extrusion Operator Near Walton, KY
Schedule:
12 hr rotating schedule 36/48, includes every other weekend and holiday as they fall.
1st Shift (6AM-6:30PM)
Responsibilities: You will strictly be working as a machine operator manufacturing foam products to specifications.
- Set up and operate extrusion machines to produce high-quality products
- Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure proper product specifications
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
- Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary adjustments
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating extrusion machines is required
- Familiarity with hand tools and precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers)
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus
- Experience in materials handling or fabrication is a plus
